Cancellations

If you need to cancel an appointment please email us giving us at least 48 hours notice.

Notice period

If you are unavailable for your appointment please let us know by email at least 48 hours beforehand.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, the appointment may count as one of your short term counselling sessions.

If you do not respond when called at the agreed time for an appointment we will wait for you to contact us by email.

Serial Cancellation

If you serially don't keep appointments we may not be able to offer you ongoing counselling.

What we ask of you

  • keep us updated with any changes in your availability
  • re-read our cancellation policy before your first session
  • check your email address regularly and confirm appointments when requested
