Demonstrating EdWeb

Proxied content

If you have local tech support, you can proxy content from other sources.

You can add proxied content from other sources into your EdWeb page using the proxy content type.

Regular proxies

This is an example proxied section. All of this content, including the page title, has been proxied from an external server to EdWeb. This summary is the EdWeb summary, and is used to feed onto overview pages and other places where the content is reused.

XML

The in-page summary for an XML feed is populated by CSS, although the page title comes from EdWeb. This summary is the EdWeb summary, and is used to feed onto overview pages and other places where the content is reused.

You must have local tech support

You must be a tech user to add and edit proxied content.

We do not provide support for issues with proxied content, and are not responsible for any errors in the content.
