Introduction to UniDesk
UniDesk is a service which supports current service management operations.
Unidesk is an integrated service management software package to encourage and facilitate continuous service improvement methods and measures.
Unidesk Self Service enables all EASE registered users to record and track their support incidents.
It is web based and platform independent with no special add-ins.
UniDesk is used to manage Incident, Problem and Change management processes.
Shibboleth is used to authenticate operators and users via each institutions single sign on system (EASE at Edinburgh)
