The following links provide additional University guidance related to teaching and demonstrating, including information on the maximum number of hours permitted per session. 

Note that the University stipulates that full-time PhD students should not exceed 9 hours work per week during the academic year, making the recommended limit 414 hours per academic year.  The Graduate School, in consultation with the relevant PGR supervisor, will check and authorise all duties assigned to students who hold a scholarship which includes 132 hours of integral tutoring or demonstrating work.
