Undergraduate entry requirements by region

Mauritius

Undergraduate entry requirements for students from Mauritius.

Students from Mauritius are admitted to the University of Edinburgh with a range of international qualifications: GCE A Levels, the IB, Standardised Tests (SAT, ACT or AP) and other recognised regional systems.

Applicants with CIE Advanced Level sat in Mauritius will be considered for direct entry. The CIE A Level sat in Mauritius is considered on a grade for grade basis with GCE A Levels sat in the UK, for which entry requirements are listed on each degree programme page on the degree finder:

Applicants with other qualifications will usually be required to complete a foundation year.
