Alice Bacon

Honorary Fellow

 

Alice graduated as a vet from RDSVS in 2009, and worked in mixed general practice in the Scottish Highlands and Islands for the next nine years. During this time Alice worked on a variety of conservation projects, in Scotland and overseas.

Returning as a student to RDSVS, Alice graduated from the Conservation Medicine MVetSci in 2017, and joined the Conservation Science group in 2018.

Alice’s areas of interest include ecosystem restoration, and conflict resolution and community engagement at the human-wildlife interface.
