Career support
Our Careers Service has a dedicated Biomedical Sciences Careers Adviser who can help with:
- information and advice on all aspects of career planning
- details of career events, job opportunities for students and graduates, and career resources to help you develop your employability skills
- securing internships and placements
The university has a good hub for internships and other opportunities (either run by the university or out-with.) Many students arrange summer projects with researchers and there are opportunities to obtain funding from professional bodies, and also from the Deanery.
