You’ll be offered a meeting, in person or online, based on your preference. We aim to provide continuity of support by assigning the same case worker throughout. If they’re unavailable, other team members will be ready to assist.We’ll support you in identifying your key needs, and provide information about specialist services both within and beyond the University. We’ll explain your options if you’re considering making a complaint or report to the University or Police Scotland. If you have questions before deciding, we can informally reach out to the University’s Student Conduct Team or to Police Scotland.We’ll help assess your safety and discuss measures that could help you feel safer. We can connect you with external services that are suited to your specific needs. We work at your pace. Our role is to make sure that your voice is heard and your rights respected.
