I haven't received my email to confirm that my application has been submitted. What should I do?
Postgraduate application FAQ:
When you submit your application you should receive and email from us confirming that we have recieved your application form and providing details on how to access your 'MyEd' online portal so you can see your application progress and get back to us with any additional information.
In the past, applicants haven't recieved this email because it has been redirected to the 'Junk' folder within your email account. so in the first instance, please check you email account 'Junk' folder for the email.
If you're still having problems e.g. you recently cleared out your 'Junk' email folder, or you're not sure if you provided the correct email address when you started your application, please contact us on the details below with the following to hand:
- your email address used on the application
- you full name
- your date of birth
- the programme or degree that you applied for
