I receive an error message when I return to my application

Help if you get an error message when returning to your application.

When you click on the 'Save & return later' button within your application, you should receive an email providing a link to your saved application. If you have clicked on the link to return to your saved application and you get an error message, try the link again in another browser. We recommend the following browsers:

  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Google Chrome
  • Internet Explorer


If you're still receiving this error message after that, then please contact us on the details below with the following to hand:

  • the email address you used on the application
  • your full name
  • your date of birth
  • the programme that you applied for 
  • the link to your application to help us identify the problem
  • the error message you received when using the link to your application
