Throughout my career, I have always strongly believed that appropriate exercise is key to client management. My interest in Pilates has fuelled this further and I love working with clients - improving their movement potential and enhancing sporting performance, whether recreational or elite level. My physiotherapy practice has a strong client focus and I see my input as guiding them to independently improve.
