Thesis title: Investigating the use of mental routines in the post shot period and their impact on performance of clay pigeon shooters in competition

Research summary

Researching the use of performance routines in clay shooting competitions

Current research interests

There is currently a knowledge gap as there no literature to describe the development and the use of routines in the post shot period in the clay pigeon shooting domains for optimal performance in competition. Further research is required to investigate the use, performance enhancing potential, best practice and the performers understanding of their use of routines.
