Hybrid Meetings

Hybrid Meeting Spaces are available across the University Estate and may be booked by all members of staff.

A Hybrid Meeting Space is a conferencing room that involves a mixture of in-person and remote attendees allowing collaboration by videoconferencing software.  More about Hybrid Meeting Spaces, including locations can be found on our SharePoint page.

Advice and consultancy is available for those wishing to procure and setup their own videoconferencing / hybrid meeting facilities.

The provision for ISG Hybrid Meeting Spaces across the Estate is currently at pilot stage and run on a self-service basis.  We encourage any staff wanting to use this facility to read the useful links below:
