Help in the Teaching Laboratories
Support and adjustments are available if you have a disability, learning difference or health condition that affects your ability to part in practicals.
The teaching laboratories in the School of Biological Sciences have procedures for looking after students who are unable or need additional support to take part in laboratory classes, for example, due to disability, injury or a learning adjustment.
Let the Biology Teaching Organisation (BTO) Student Support Team know immediately if you become disabled or injured during the course: for example, by breaking your leg in a sporting accident.
This may restrict your ability to use particular laboratories and temporary arrangements may need to be put in place
You should contact the Student Disability Service if you have a condition or issue that requires longer-term support
