Enhancement-Led Institutional Review (ELIR) is the method by which the Quality Assurance Agency (Scotland) reviews universities and other higher education institutions in Scotland.  The University’s preparations for ELIR are documented in the Teaching Matters: Spotlight on ELIR series .

The Review and Reports

A review team was appointed by the Quality Assurance Agency (Scotland) to conduct the ELIR and undertook two visits in February and March 2021 where they considered documentation and met with staff and students.
