SPSS for staff and students
SPSS is activated on personal devices using annual codes.
SPSS codes expire annually. They will start to give a warning from 1st August, officially expire on 1st September, but actually give 30 days grace and stop on 1st October.
Current versions available: 27, 28 and 29.
Please fill in the forms below for SPSS, Amos and Modeler. You will automatically receive an email with the current Authorisation Codes for your requested product along with a download link. Please note you must have installed your product from our web-link, trial versions from IBM cannot be authorised with these codes.
You will need to be connected to the University of Edinburgh intranet, either via internet/wifi connection or via VPN connection. If you are installing onto a machine NOT on the university network you will be given a Lock Code and asked for a FULL Licence Key. Please contact Software Services Team via email directly with the Lock Code and the Authorisation Code you are using and we will generate a full licence key and send it to you directly.
