Archaeology Peer Mentors Wanted!

The Archaeology Peer Mentoring group is recruiting for mentors for the 2022-2023 academic year.

Could you be an Archaeology peer mentor?

Edinburgh University Students’ Association and the School of History, Classics and Archaeology Student Support Team are looking for students to become Archaeology Peer Mentors 2022-2023!

As a Peer Mentor you will be involved in meeting students who have signed up to speak to an experienced mentor on a one-off or an ongoing basis throughout the semester. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in events and support for the wider student community at HCA.

You will receive training from Edinburgh University Students’ Association on how to communicate effectively with a focus on active listening, boundary setting and signposting. On completing this training you will join a network of Peer Support Leaders across the university as well as the community at HCA. You will also have access to HEAR recognition and the Edinburgh Award.
