Accessibility

We provide accessible facilities for all clients attending the Hospital for Small Animals.

There is accessible parking immediately in front of the hospital and the main doors to reception are wide and automatic and therefore provide easy access to the single level waiting/reception area. 

There is an accessible toilet to the right of the main reception desk which contains baby changing facilities. There is also a first aid room situated next to the accessible toilet. 

The secondary reception desk to the right of the front doors has a lower area which can be used to cater to clients with specific needs, or clients can be provided with a clipboard. 

Any documentation provided to clients can be requested in alternative formats, such as large print or a coloured background, please contact hfsareception@ed.ac.uk
