Edinburgh Global Online Learning Masters Scholarship
The University of Edinburgh will offer twelve scholarships for distance learning Masters programmes offered by the University.
Each scholarship will cover full tuition fees and will be tenable for the normal duration of the programme of study.
Scholarships will be available for students commencing any online part-time learning Masters programme offered by the University in session 2021-2022.
Applicants must be nationals and residents of the following countries:
- Burkina Faso
- Central African Republic
- Congo, Dem Rep
- Gambia, The
- Korea, Dem Rep
- Lao PDR
- São Tomé and Principe
- Sierra Leone
- Solomon Islands
- South Sudan
- Yemen, Rep
Eligible countries for this scholarship are based on the categories 'Least Developed Countries' and 'Other low income Countries' as stated by the Organisation for Economic Corporation and Development Assistance Committee. Applicants should already have been offered a place at the University of Edinburgh and should have firmly accepted that offer or be intending to do so.
The scholarship will be awarded broadly on the basis of academic merit. Candidates must have, or expect to obtain, a UK first class or 2:1 Honours degree at undergraduate level or the international equivalent.
Applications for the 2021-2022 academic session are no longer being accepted for this scholarship as the 1st of June deadline has now passed.
