Research Cultures

Research Cultures Forum

A critical and confidential space to uncover, explore, advise, support and improve research cultures at University of Edinburgh.

The Research Cultures Forum was establised in August 2023, with its membership carried over from the Research Cultures Working Group.  The Working Group was established through applications to an open call for expressions of interest in 2022.

The Forum is a resource for University management in accessing a broad range of views and inputs into activity that might impact on research cultures. It is also a critical friend to the University in highlighting areas of difficulty or challenge for the research community that may need to be addressed by Resarch Strategy Group or other University management structures.
