In submitting this form, you are agreeing to the following statements:

I understand that the above material has been provided for private research purposes only and that any personal data therein must be treated with the strictest confidence.

I agree that I will not share or reproduce the material in any way (including, but not limited to, copying, photographing or scanning the material), and I will not disclose any information contained within it by any means without further permission from the School of Scottish Studies Archives.

I agree that any material I am provided will be fully and permanently deleted after use.

I understand that any further use of material will require permission from the School of Scottish Studies Archives and may require redaction or anonymisation, if permission can be granted. I agree that I will abide by the General Data Protection Regulation.

I understand that I shall become responsible for compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation in relation to any processing by me of personal data obtained from the above collection, and I acknowledge having received a copy of this document.
