The University is committed to the health, safety, and well-being of its staff. The Severe Weather Policy sets out scenarios to help staff understand what they should do if severe weather impacts their ability to work. This includes:
- What staff with caring responsibilities need to do if they are unable to attend work, for example during school closures.
- What staff should do if on a work-related trip or if they experience travel disruption when returning home from a holiday.
