Results: College professional services staff elections to Senate

The election of college professional services staff members to serve on the University’s supreme academic body, Senate, has concluded and new members will take up their roles on 1 August.

These candidates will be welcomed to Senate to working together to support the successful delivery of the University’s academic mission.

Candidate elections

The successful candidates for each category are:

  • College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences: Mette Cameron
  • College of Medicine and Veterinary Medicine: Judith Newton
  • College of Science and Engineering: Ben Morse

Next elections

Elected candidates serve a term of up to three years. The next elections are expected to take place in 2027, and eligible staff will receive further communications regarding the election process at this time.
