  • Alex Hensby is a Senior Lecturer in Sociology at the University of Kent

  • Rachida Brahim is an independent researcher who runs Ténéré - Observatoire Pluriversel des Rapports Sociaux.
  • Liam Liburd is an Assistant Professor of Black British History at Durham University
Postdoctoral research fellows
  • Emilie Wiedemann is our project Research Associate based at the University of Glasgow. She completed a PhD in History at Birkbeck, University of London on Jewish internationalism and the international politics of opposing antisemitism (1960-2005). Her current research continues these themes and focuses on identity politics at the international level and in the UK.
  • Jacob Bard-Rosenberg is our project Research Associate based at the University of Edinburgh. He completed a PhD on memory and forgetting in the work of Walter Benjamin and Theodor Adorno at Birkbeck College in 2021. Between 2016 and 2021 he was the Archivist at the MayDay Rooms Archive in London. He also teaches at Central Saint Martins, University of the Arts London.
