Nursing Studies comes out on top!
Congratulation to Nursing Studies, who came top of the Guardian UK University League Table 2017 in the category of Nursing and Midwifery.
The department gained a stunning 100% on the ‘Guardian excellence rating’ which is based on a combination of factors from staff to student ratios, average entry tariffs and career prospect data. The department came out particularly well with 96% in student satisfaction (based on latest National Student Survey Results).
The department also leapt from 6th to 2nd place in the Complete University Guide 2017, again scoring highly in student satisfaction.
As the department celebrates its 60th anniversary this month, the rankings mark a long history of excellence in nursing teaching and research.
