Ukrainian Women’s Leadership Programme

Ukrainian women living in Scotland are being invited to apply to join a new scheme that aims to build leadership skills and boost the recovery of the war-torn country.

Course set to inspire and empower Ukrainian women

The Ukrainian Women’s Leadership Programme, which takes place in Edinburgh in June, will offer 15 fully-funded places to equip women in conflict resolution, communications and management.

The four-day residential event will be led by experts drawing upon successes from Northern Ireland and the Balkans, and lessons from violence reduction schemes in Scotland.

Applications are welcome from Ukrainian women currently living in Scotland. The programme will be of particular interest to women with a professional background and ideally leadership responsibilities; experience of studying or working in an English-speaking context; and the ability to fully immerse in a residential programme in Edinburgh.

Application timeline and deadlines

Application deadline: Friday 26 April 2024

Shortlisted applicants will have an opportunity to discuss the programme with a member of the team and any support required to enable their attendance.

How to apply
