Integration and Interrogation of Data

We bring together information from disparate sources and are developing methods for integration and interrogation of this data.

We are building Comparative Pathology Workbench for inter-species comparisons and integration of pathology data, based on our experience with the Mouse Atlas of embryonic development, the Edinburgh Mouse Atlas of Gene Expression and the Chicken Atlas projects.
