What we do

We share and develop our expertise in CEIG (careers education, information advice and guidance) and labour market knowledge, maintaining this through our wide network of contacts

We carry out research into issues relating to careers and employability, within this University and the wider HE sector, to inform both our practice and the wider institutional aims of the University

We provide information, advice and guidance to students from first to final year at UG and PG levels and to recent graduates

We present a range of opportunities for students to explore possibilities, build experience and recognise and articulate what they gain as a result of this

We offer an extensive programme of webinars, online toolkits, events, appointments and up to date careers and labour market information

We work with a wide range of employers and organisations to offer professional insight into the demands of different sectors and recruitment and selection practices

We support staff hosting internships for our students through our Employ.Ed internship programmes
