Role at the BMTO

• Manage the appointment and recruitment of tutors and demonstrators.
• Team Leader for three Undergraduate Programme / Course Administrator and one Teaching Support Administrator
• Manage and support the Honours Project Allocation process
• Manage the External Examiner recruitment and reporting process
• Manage the recruitment process for all new appointments within BMTO
• Co-ordinate the annual Quality Assurance and Enhancement (QAE) processes
• Supporting the Learning and Teaching Committee and QA Committee
• Provision and analysis of management information such as Work Allocation Model, Teaching Load Split and Key Information Set data
