Study Spaces and Room Booking
Rooms for group study are available across the King's Buildings campus and the University.
MSc Study Room
All MSc students in Biological Sciences have 24-hour access to study room.
G.36 in the Peter Wilson Building.
- This room is for the use of Biological Sciences MSc students only and should be left locked when not in use.
- The door must be locked manually with the key stored in the key box to the right of the door. The code should not be shared with students outwith the School of Biological Sciences.
Quantitative Genetics and Genome Analysis students common room
Taught postgraduate students on the MSc in Quantitative Genetics and Genome Analysis have their own dedicated common room.
Room 120 in the Ashworth Building
Study space for groups is available in the Main Library, at King’s Buildings and in teaching rooms across the campus. Some rooms can be booked in advance.
- Group study rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.
- Other rooms can be booked in advance via the MyServices tab on MyEd.
There are also informal study spaces across the King's Building campus.

Libraries
The Library offers access to ebooks, journals, e-journals and more. Students have access to the full range of library resources and services the University provides through Information Services.
At the King's Buildings campus, your library is the Noreen and Kenneth Murray Library.
