Travelling to King's Buildings
The King’s Buildings Campus is approximately two miles south of the city centre and there are a number of transport options available.

The University is providing a free shuttle bus service for the academic year 2023 - 2024. The shuttle bus will operate Monday - Friday during semester time only.
The service is for students and staff who need to travel rapidly between Central Area and King's Buildings to meet their academic timetable. For commuting to and from home please use alternatives such as walking, cycling or public bus services.

Secure bike stores and boxes
The University provides enclosed bike stores at key locations around our campuses. These protect your bike from the elements and provide an additional element of security - but you should be aware that any bike or personal property left in a University bike store is done so at your own risk.
- Access to the stores is by University card and PIN.
- You must contact the Transport and Parking Office to request access to a particular bike store.
Only students with a valid parking permit can park in King’s Buildings car parks.

Disabled students who wish to use King's Buildings car parks should apply for a Disabled All Areas Permit.
