We all know the feeling when we’re excited by our work and in life and crucially, we all know the feeling when we just don’t have that excitement. When we understand what motivates and drives us and also the people we work with, we can create an environment where people feel energised and inspired to make a significant contribution. As a result, productivity and performance are increased and people feel more committed and invested in their role. Strategic success is contingent on the people within an organisation. Increased productivity, performance and retention across the workforce are key components in achieving the strategic goals of any organisation.

In this presentation, Jo Lee, of Jo Lee Coaching, will explain the 9 key motivators that we need to be aware of and how to optimise motivation in each of these motivators. We’ll also look at how to apply this knowledge to the workplace and how to create an environment that maximises strategic success.
