Workplace Wellbeing: Creating Safe and Positive Workplaces

Most employers are aware that organisations are only as strong as their people – they depend on having a healthy and productive workforce. Being a caring and empathic employer by prioritising and positively managing and supporting your employees' wellbeing, benefits both employees and the organisation.

This presentation will provide a broad understanding of what mental wellbeing is in context of the workplace and how we can all contribute towards creating a mentally healthy workplace.

  • An overview of mental health & wellbeing
  •  Workplace wellbeing trends
  • Understanding workplace stress: strategies to manage and prevent stress
  • What makes a good workplace and how to promote good wellbeing
  • Benefits of investing in employee wellbeing

Questions for attendees to consider:

  • What could be the causes of workplace stress?
  • What positively influences your mental wellbeing at work?
  • What makes a good workplace for you?

Lunch will be provided, please come along promptly at 1200 for a 12.30 start of the presentation by Sarah. This will be interactive and guests are asked to think about the questions above before attending.
