Our ever popular Gym Challenge Weeks return with a Spartan theme!

Team Sport & Exercise challenge you to show your Spartan strength!

Week 1 (10-17 April)

Challenge 1: 

Hang Tough (hang from straight bar for as long as possible)

Challenge 2:

Two Minute Row (row as far as possible in 2 minutes) 

Free spots on our great Boot Camps are up for grabs, so get down to the gym and get involved.
