Our Fitness Assessment and Sports Injuries Centre (FASIC) is Scotland’s premier multi-disciplinary sports injuries and physiotherapy clinic.

The University of Edinburgh's Peffermill playing fields boasts some of the finest sports pitches in Scotland.

Firbush outdoor centre

Firbush Point is our residential outdoor activity centre located on the south shore of Loch Tay, near Killin.

The Pleasance sports centre houses our two climbing facilities: the Tower climbing wall and the Rock bouldering area.

Sport & Exercise is able to take advantage of the University of Edinburgh’s fantastic 25 metre six lane swimming pool.

The Healthy University Project aims to actively promote and deliver tangible health and wellbeing benefits for the University community through the promotion of physical activity.

This includes the Support for Physical Activity (SPA) programme, designed for students at The University of Edinburgh who want to be a bit more active, a bit more often.
