Address blacklisted in Spamhaus
The sending site is listed in the Spamhaus blacklist.

The sending site is listed in our local blacklist.
ClamAV found bad content
The ClamAV anti-virus scanner detected bad content.
Sophos found virus
The Sophos anti-virus scanner detected bad content.
Relaying denied
The message was received from an external system for an address which we do not recognise as local.
Bad HELO data
There was an error in the protocol used to send mail from one system to another.
Spam score (number) too high
Our spam filtering assigns to messages a score which represents the likelihood that they are spam.
Access denied
This may indicate a mail routing problem or a policy block.
Bad filename in attachment
The message contained an attached file with a name we have blocked.
Unwanted attachment type
Some specific types of attachment are blocked.
Bad filename in URL
We block messages with links to files with names ending in ".exe".
Message exceeds maximum fixed size (number)
The message exceeded the maximum size of message we will accept.
Content blocked due to source IP characteristics
The message appears to be coming from an address that we would not associate with a properly configured mail server and contains an attachment that may contain a virus.
