Define UX Services

This project will raise the level of skills and awareness of User Experience practices among staff involved in software procurement, development and service management across the University.

Background

Following a review, it was recognised that a User Experience service was required to improve the overall online experience provided by the University.

This project will address the lack of user experience-related skills and processes within the University by providing dedicated User Experience expertise, support and training. 

It will also develop a consistent process to help to ensure that users’ needs are the primary consideration when designing and developing online experiences and content.
