User-Centred Portal Pilot

The project will provide the technology to support improvements in user experience for students using the University MyEd Student Portal.

The project team members are working collaboratively with colleagues across the University (including the Service Excellence Programme and the User Experience programme teams) to deliver a more contextual, user-friendly experience for the MyEd Student Portal.

Background

This project will pilot selected functionality to deliver a better user experience for students and other users, supported by new Notifications capability which will be delivered via a new project later in 2017.
