G.03

event space

G.03 is our main lecture theatre here at the Bayes Centre. It is set up in a lecture theatre style with chairs arranged to face the screens and podium. Unfortunately, this rooms layout cannot be changed. This room has a maximum capacity of 50 during normal working hours of 0900 – 1700. This increases to 80 after 1700 for evening events.

  • BYOD (wireless presentation using Mersive software and Apple Airplay)
  • Laptop HDMI Connectivity
  • Whiteboard & pens.

*Please note that non University staff will be required to obtain a temporary login from reception prior to using hybrid facilities.

Food and drinks are not permitted inside G.03.

 

 

 

 

Atrium

Our Atrium is the heart of our building and is the open area which you enter through our front doors.

This space is mainly used for catering and networking for events taking place in G.03. If you wish to book an event with us, you will get G.03 & the atrium as a package. This space has the same capacities as G.03.

Please note that we do not allow poster boards to be used in our event spaces.
