EdHelp service launched

The new service will make it easy for students to access key topics, including learning resources, IT help, and paying fees, all in one place.

All students have access to EdHelp online, which brings together your frequently used student services, meaning you can find what you need, all in one place.

This means you will be able to access key topics quickly, with less time being spent searching for the answer.

You can find the EdHelp service online via one of its two access points:

The launch of EdHelp is the first of a three-phased approach, with the service expanding over the coming months to provide a central support team and a live-chat function.

Next phases

While the majority of general queries will be resolved first time by students using EdHelp’s available information and services, students will soon be able to access further support from the EdHelp team.

In August, if you cannot find the information you need to resolve your query, you will have the ability to raise an enquiry with the EdHelp Team. Enquiries will then be tracked to resolution, ensuring students receive support and are not left without an answer.

A live-chat function will also be launched in September, which will enable students to chat with the EdHelp team and explain any queries in greater detail.

Further information on the EdHelp project can be found on SharePoint, linked at the bottom of this webpage.
