On-campus internships hit record high
A record number of students are interning this year through the University’s Employ.ed on Campus programme
The Careers Service’s Employ.ed on Campus internship programme gives staff across the University the opportunity to offer meaningful internship experience to second and third year undergraduates.
The programme, now in its fifth year, has placed 54 students in internships across various departments this summer.
Work experience
Interns will work on an exciting range of projects, including the International Office’s Summer School programme, the School of History, Classics and Archaeology’s digital ‘tour’ of Medieval World content, as well as a public engagement project with the Roslin Institute and DNA sequencing support within the Institute of Genetics & Molecular Medicine.
Internships will begin on 30 May for 8 to 12 weeks.
