Get six months free online support from the Big White Wall

After being successfully introduced last year, the University is offering more students free access to the Big White Wall. The site provides mental health and wellbeing support.

What does The Big White Wall do?

It provides peer and community support, including group and 1:1 peer therapy. There are online forums, a wealth of resource information and a range of online self-help programmes. It has the great advantage of being available 24/7 and provides safe, anonymous support.

Who is it for?

The Big White Wall is for anyone age 16 or over who needs support with their emotional wellbeing, for whatever reason. Reasons may include:

  • Anxiety
  • Stress
  • Depression and feeling low
  • Relationship issues
  • Impact of life events
