The Court is the University’s governing body and is the legal persona of the University.
The position of Vice-Convener of Court is an important one in the governance of the University and falls vacant next summer. It is similar to that of ‘chair’ of institution, with responsibility for the overall leadership of Court, including representing the University externally and acting as a critical friend to the Principal and the University’s senior management team.
