Carrying forward untaken leave 2020/21
The decision has been made to extend the number of annual leave days that staff can carry over into 2021.
Following the feedback we have received from staff, the University Executive has reviewed the current policy on carrying forward leave from this calendar year. Therefore, the carry-over allowance for annual leave has been extended from 5 to 10 days for full-time staff, pro rata for staff who work part-time.
This will apply to this calendar year only, and will revert to the usual carry on allowance of 5 days in 2022.
