USS Membership Consultation update

Read the latest updates on the USS Membership Consultation.

Members of the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) should by now have received a letter to their home address explaining the process for consulting members on the proposed changes to the scheme.

This process, due to start today (Monday 19 March), has now been put on hold to allow Universities UK and the University and College Union to consider potential revised proposals.

The University will provide updates as soon as there is more information to share.  Meanwhile, until we hear more, please retain the Employer Consultation letter and notice that you’ve received.

USS Trustee update

The University would also like to draw your attention to an update that the USS Trustee has prepared regarding information which has been circulating about the scheme valuation.
