Expert support for returning parents
The University is committed to supporting employees who are new parents.
As part of this commitment, the University has invested in a ‘Returning Parents’ coaching programme. It provides staff with expert support to help their transition back into the workplace.
Following a successful pilot in the College of Science & Engineering, all University staff returning to work from Maternity Leave, Shared Parental Leave, and Adoption/Surrogacy Leave are now eligible to apply.
