Service Excellence Programme

New website launched for the programme of excellence across professional services.

The University’s vision is to recruit and develop the world’s most promising students and most outstanding staff, and be a truly global University benefiting society as a whole.

In support of this vision, the Service Excellence Programme has been established to promote excellence across professional services within the University, with high quality, efficient services and processes.

The programme has been developed as a joint approach with colleagues across Colleges, Schools and the Centre.

Key services

A series of programmes and projects will focus on our key services, starting with the Human Resources Transformation Programme and the Student Administration & Support Programme.

“Our University has a long history of making a positive difference to people's lives, locally and globally. But the gap is growing between the very best Universities, who can make the biggest impact, and the rest. The Service Excellence Programme is one important way in which we are investing to ensure we are best placed to make a strong contribution in the future. I very much welcome the strongly collaborative approach we are taking across professional services in Schools, Colleges and the Centre in developing and taking forward this work.”
