Online payslips
From 15 November 2016 we are launching online payslips.
You will be able to view copies of your September and October 2016 payslips online from this date through employee self-service.
Changing to an online payslip will contribute towards the University’s commitment to reduce its environmental impact by reducing the amount of paper printed and the energy required to deliver paper payslips around the campus. It will also save the University money and provide you with a more secure way to access your payslip.
You will still receive a paper payslip in November and December but the intention will be to stop printing paper payslips from the beginning of the New Year.
You will be able to view your future payslips two working days before pay day from your normal work computer or any open-access computer across the campus, as well as from your laptop, tablet or smartphone.
Your November payslip will be available to view from 24 November 2016 through employee self-service.
We have prepared a list of answers to some of the questions you may have about online payslips.
A Video and User Guides (secured) are available if you require assistance with the process of accessing your payslip.
As part of this exercise we have made improvements to the payslip itself and a guide is available.
