Launch of reward calculator

An online reward calculator has been launched to help staff understand the total value of pay and benefits provided by the University

The reward calculator enables staff on grades UE01 – UE10 to view the total value of their pay and benefits, depending on the grade, spine point and pension scheme they are on.

It can also calculate total pay for staff who work part time, and provides links to more detailed information about all of the rewards and benefits which the University offers.

The calculator is available on the HR webpages, and will also be made available to prospective employees on the recruitment website.
