The University’s programmes in staff development and in leadership and management development are now available for booking. Both programmes offer a range of courses to help develop and enhance skills and expertise for roles in the University. Leadership skills The Leadership and Management Development Programme provides workshops for staff with leadership and management responsibilities, generally at grades 8-10. The workshops are designed to develop specific skills in leading, managing and influencing others. Topics covered include: assertiveness communication customer service time management performance and development review/appraisal legal aspects of recruitment and selection management/supervisory skills introduction to University activities.
